The brief
Selling an accountancy firm happens off-market: an owner considering a sale cannot announce it publicly without unsettling clients and staff. Introductions therefore happened by word of mouth, slowly and within a very narrow circle.
What we did
We built a platform with progressive visibility: the seller publishes an anonymised file, the buyer filters by region, size and speciality, then requests unlocking. Identity and documents are released only after the seller explicitly agrees. Conversations run through internal messaging, and buyer access is gated behind an automatically collected monthly subscription.
The outcome
The platform is in production: free listing for sellers, buyer access at €59 a month, and file unlocking traced end to end.
