The brief
An accountant in post who wants to move cannot post their CV on a public site: their current employer will see it. Firms, meanwhile, look for very specific profiles that general job boards drown in volume.
What we did
The candidate stays anonymous until they accept an introduction: their profile is visible by skills, experience and region, with no name or employer. On the recruiter side, access to profiles is structured by role category and gated behind a subscription plan.
The outcome
In production, with anonymous applications, sector-specific role categories and subscription-based recruiter access.
