A coach's income rests on regularity, not on session count

Selling sessions one at a time plateaus fast: every month starts from zero. Subscriptions change the economics — predictable revenue, business value, and a client who commits stays longer. Provided that subscribing, booking and tracking progress fit in an app people open without thinking.

What we have built

MH Defense, in Sarrians, is a women's self-defence studio led by a karate world champion. The site offers three membership plans with progressive discounts, a free trial class, online booking and a personal area. It is the same foundation a coaching business needs.

Web and mobile do not serve the same purpose

The web app carries what you do sitting down: subscribe, pay, build a programme, review history. The mobile app carries what you do standing up: check into a session, log weights, get a reminder, read the day's programme offline in a gym with no signal. Both share the same accounts and data; we write the mobile side in React Native, published to both stores.

Why us

What sets us apart

Four commitments that hold over time, not four slogans.

100% code, zero proprietary platform

No WordPress, no Shopify, no page builder. Your product is written in TypeScript, documented and version-controlled — the repository is yours from day one, and you are locked in to nobody.

Products, not brochures

User accounts, recurring subscriptions, messaging, gated access, payments: we have shipped five platforms running with real paying customers behind them.

Regulated sectors

Insurance broking, accountancy firms, real estate, financial recruitment. We know the data confidentiality, role-based access and domain constraints these professions carry.

Multilingual by default

FR · EN · ES. Internationalisation is built into the architecture, not bolted on as a plugin six months later — essential in Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do we really need a mobile app, or is a site enough?

A site is enough to sell and to book. A mobile app earns its place when the client uses it during the session: checking in, logging loads, reading the day's programme in a gym with no signal, getting a reminder. If your use stops at sign-up and payment, we will say so rather than sell you an app to maintain against every iOS release.

How are subscriptions and failed payments handled?

Through recurring collection via Stripe, with automatic dunning on failure and access suspension after a delay you set. Tiered discounts, commitments and trial periods are configured from the coach area, with no further development.
