Specialist recruitment platforms
Candidates in post do not apply on a public site. We build platforms where candidate anonymity is the core feature.

The work that proves it
Platforms and sites in production, viewable online. No mockups, no invented clients.

The problem with general-purpose platforms
A candidate currently in post cannot put their CV on a public site: their employer will see it, and so will their colleagues. The best profiles in a market are therefore exactly the ones not visible on it.
Conversely, a specialist recruiter looks for precise skills that a general platform's volume drowns out. Sorting a thousand irrelevant applications costs more than receiving only ten relevant ones.
What we have built
Skillio is a recruitment platform dedicated to accountancy and finance roles. The profile is visible by skills, experience level and region, with no name or employer: the candidate stays anonymous until they accept an introduction. On the recruiter side, access is structured by role category and gated behind a subscription.
The blocks specific to recruitment
Anonymised profile
with unlocking at the candidate's initiative
Skills taxonomy
specific to the sector, not a free-text field
Role categories
matching the trade's actual job titles
Structured matching
between requirements and profiles
Messaging
that preserves anonymity until agreement
Recruiter subscriptions
with volume-based plans
What else we build
Bespoke application portals connected to your tracking system; onboarding spaces for new joiners; internal talent-pool management tools; and careers sites that update without going through a supplier.
Budget and timeline
An introduction platform starts at €35,000 and three to five months. An application portal or careers site starts at €12,000.
The technologies used
Those of the work cited on this page. Code only: no WordPress, no Shopify.
- Next.js
- TypeScript
- PostgreSQL
- Stripe
The services involved
What we concretely build within this scope.
Business platforms & B2B marketplaces
Platforms connecting two professional populations: verified accounts, gated access, internal messaging and confidentiality by default.
Subscription SaaS products
Turning a service into a recurring product: trials, plans, automated payment, failed-payment recovery and a self-service customer area.
Bespoke web applications
Internal tools, client portals and line-of-business software that replace shared spreadsheets and software nobody uses.
What sets us apart
Four commitments that hold over time, not four slogans.
100% code, zero proprietary platform
No WordPress, no Shopify, no page builder. Your product is written in TypeScript, documented and version-controlled — the repository is yours from day one, and you are locked in to nobody.
Products, not brochures
User accounts, recurring subscriptions, messaging, gated access, payments: we have shipped five platforms running with real paying customers behind them.
Regulated sectors
Insurance broking, accountancy firms, real estate, financial recruitment. We know the data confidentiality, role-based access and domain constraints these professions carry.
Multilingual by default
FR · EN · ES. Internationalisation is built into the architecture, not bolted on as a plugin six months later — essential in Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
How a project runs
A detailed quote before we start, and a staging link from week one: you watch the project progress live, not in meetings.

Frequently asked questions
How do you ensure an employer cannot recognise their employee?
By masking everything identifying by default — name, current employer, exact job title, sometimes the town — and letting the candidate choose what they expose. The anonymity threshold is configurable according to how narrow the market is.
Can the platform connect to our ATS?
Yes. We integrate applicant tracking systems that expose an API, and provide a structured export otherwise. The aim is to avoid double entry, which is the main reason recruitment tools get abandoned.

Why we work with neither WordPress nor Shopify
This is not technical snobbery. It is a question of three-year cost.
