Three jobs, three pieces of software, and spreadsheets in between

A rental management company tracks leases, receipts and works. A short-let concierge tracks calendars, cleaning and guests. As soon as one business does both, off-the-shelf tools stop talking to each other and coordination falls back on shared spreadsheets — which hold up until the day a clean is missed between two departures.

What we build

Unified calendar

across properties, whatever platform the booking came from

Supplier scheduling

cleaning, laundry, maintenance — confirmed from a phone

Owner portal

statements, revenue, occupancy, interventions, without calling the agency

Rent receipts and calls

generated and sent automatically

Photo condition reports

time-stamped and enforceable

Revenue splits

between owner and manager, calculated and traceable

The owner portal is the commercial argument

It is what sets you apart from a competitor sending a quarterly PDF. An owner who can see occupancy and revenue up to date calls less, renews more and refers you. It is the easiest feature to sell, and the one no generic software will put your brand on.

Budget and timeline

From €22,000 and ten weeks for a first version with owner portal and supplier scheduling.

Why us

What sets us apart

Four commitments that hold over time, not four slogans.

100% code, zero proprietary platform

No WordPress, no Shopify, no page builder. Your product is written in TypeScript, documented and version-controlled — the repository is yours from day one, and you are locked in to nobody.

Products, not brochures

User accounts, recurring subscriptions, messaging, gated access, payments: we have shipped five platforms running with real paying customers behind them.

Regulated sectors

Insurance broking, accountancy firms, real estate, financial recruitment. We know the data confidentiality, role-based access and domain constraints these professions carry.

Multilingual by default

FR · EN · ES. Internationalisation is built into the architecture, not bolted on as a plugin six months later — essential in Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can we pull in bookings from the letting platforms?

Yes, through calendar synchronisation, and through APIs where a platform exposes one. The unified calendar becomes the reference: it triggers cleaning, laundry and check-in, whatever the booking's origin. That is exactly what no platform tool does, since each one only knows its own stays.

Does the owner see the same figures we do?

They see what you decide to show, and the rule is set at design time: gross revenue, commission, charges, net paid. Experience shows a transparent owner portal reduces calls and disputes — an owner who understands the calculation contests it far less.
