B2B platform development in Belgium

Belgium is where we have delivered most: five business platforms in production, across insurance broking, accountancy firms, real estate and financial recruitment.

The market where we have the most references

Five of the platforms we have built run in Belgium, all in regulated professions:

  1. Fiderio

selling and merging accountancy firms, buyer subscription at €59/month

  2. Brokeris

selling insurance brokerage portfolios, entirely off-market

  3. OnShare

network of estate agencies sharing mandates and buyers, €150/month ex VAT

  4. Skillio

confidential recruitment in accountancy and finance

  5. BuyMonth

conversion tool for property developers, compliant with the Belgian lending framework

What we have learned from this market

Confidentiality is a feature, not an option. In a country this size, everybody knows everybody: a public sale announcement turns against the seller within days. Graduated visibility is not a refinement, it is the condition for the product to exist at all.

Multilingual is not negotiable. French-, Dutch- and German-speaking, plus the English of the institutions. Our architectures build internationalisation in from the design stage, with a clean URL per language.

Professional federations matter more than advertising. In these markets, credibility runs through the trade's own organisations and peer referral, not paid ads. Nobody types "insurance portfolio sale platform" into a search engine.

What we build

Marketplaces and introduction platforms from €35,000, subscription SaaS products from €25,000, business applications and client portals from €20,000.

Hosting and compliance

Hosting in the European Union by default, with a processing agreement specifying locations and sub-processors. For regulated-profession data, location is decided at quotation stage.

And in Luxembourg

The Luxembourg market has the same structure — accountancy firms, insurance, banking — at greater volume. Our Belgian references are directly relevant there.

Where we are, and how we work

Scoping happens over video, and we travel for the stages that matter: design, acceptance, training. In between, the preview environment stays open continuously.

Why us

What sets us apart

Four commitments that hold over time, not four slogans.

100% code, zero proprietary platform

No WordPress, no Shopify, no page builder. Your product is written in TypeScript, documented and version-controlled — the repository is yours from day one, and you are locked in to nobody.

Products, not brochures

User accounts, recurring subscriptions, messaging, gated access, payments: we have shipped five platforms running with real paying customers behind them.

Regulated sectors

Insurance broking, accountancy firms, real estate, financial recruitment. We know the data confidentiality, role-based access and domain constraints these professions carry.

Multilingual by default

FR · EN · ES. Internationalisation is built into the architecture, not bolted on as a plugin six months later — essential in Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How do you work with your Belgian clients?

The same way as with the five Belgian platforms already in production: regular video calls, a preview link open from the first week, and travel on site at key milestones. Our clients watch the product progress continuously, not at milestone meetings.

Do you handle Dutch?

The architecture handles it without difficulty: adding a language means adding a set of translations, not rebuilding the site. We work with your translators or your in-house team for Dutch-language content.

Do you invoice in euros, with Belgian VAT?

In euros, yes. For a VAT-registered Belgian company, the service falls under intra-Community reverse charge: we invoice excluding VAT and you account for it. Your accountant will confirm the treatment for your situation.
